Failure to Meet Basic Accommodation Standards Positive: The only positive aspect was the location, which was convenient and close to the sea. Negative: Unfortunately, my experience at this property was unsatisfactory. From the beginning of the stay, there was a major malfunction in the air conditioning system in two bedrooms. The issue was reported multiple times to the responsible party; however, no effective action was taken to resolve it before the end of the stay. This represents a clear failure to provide the minimum standards of a habitable and comfortable environment, particularly given the hot climate conditions. In addition, the level of cleanliness of certain essential items, such as towels, was below acceptable standards. Basic bathroom amenities, including shampoo and body wash, were also not provided, despite being commonly expected in short-term rental accommodations. Furthermore, the absence of curtains on some windows resulted in a noticeable lack of privacy during nighttime hours, negatively affecting the sense of comfort and security within the property. Overall, the continued listing of the unit for rent despite these maintenance and quality concerns reflects deficiencies in property management and service standards. It is hoped that these issues will be addressed seriously and that necessary improvements will be made to ensure an acceptable guest experience in the future.
