Positive: The place was clean the entrance and the process was very smooth and fast The bedsheets was very clean even than a normal hotel cannot be that much clean like this property Negative: Only need shampoo and soaps in the bathroom But at least I got informed by the host that I need to bring my own

It's worth to stay with families Positive: Villa was very good. Big spaces and worth to stay with families. I definitely go again. Negative: Master bedroom hot water was not coming. We tried to call for support and no one respond at. Only at checked out the same number we are trying to call and sent messages for check out. Need more staff in kitchens for cooking. Also water drainage in master bed room was bad. Also net upstairs was not strong

Price was cheap which you understand when you see the place. Positive: Location was good. Nice pool, lot of space. Negative: It was dirty and needs updating and deep cleaning. Communication wasn’t good and in 2 nights stay we didn’t get extra sheets as I requested in arrival. Place wasn’t cleaned when we arrived and took 3 hours to clean. We didn’t get any refund from that. Only late check out and that wasn’t needed for us. Also “full equipment in kitchen” is not true.
