Luxury Fujairah 2-bedroom Villa

Positive: nothing Negative: the villa not clean at all

Fair but could definitely have been better! Positive: Location was excellent and facilities at the complex were good. Size of the villa was good. nice outdoor area. Decent furniture. Negative: Cleanliness below par. Had to ask for cleaners to come in again. Unfortunately, they did not do any better. I pointed out the dirty doors and kitchen cabinets and they literally just wiped them once. I had to get private cleaning company to clean the bathrooms and kitchen especially , while we were there. Walls of the villa had marks and fingerprints all over. Lounge and dining furniture had not been cleaned and had marks and stains. The baby cot was stained(did not use!). The barbeque was in disgusting condition. Rusted and dirty. For a one week stay, surely extra toilet rolls (which we had to purchase) , extra towels (which were grey instead of white- we actually bought our own towels to use) and kitchen towels etc could have been provided. There is so much potential for a great and welcoming apartment, but the lack of attention to cleanliness and smaller details was a huge let down. Extra garbage bags were not provided. The washing machine had not been cleaned for ages and was smelling damp. Found previous guests hairclips etc inside. Could not use the dryer as it was full of sand/lint. The drains had obviously not been cleaned as there was a constant smell until I got my cleaners to come in.

Beautiful property and equally beautiful location Positive: Excellent location, very nice and kind host. The property faces a city view ,the back of it faces the ocean. Very nice pool and there is also a kids pool (which my kids loved). The unit itself has everything you need (fully functioning kitchen) pots, pans ,backyard for bbq, washer and dryer, baby crib. Top master bedroom large bed + 2nd bedroom with 2 beds. Each bedroom has its own walk in closet. 2 bathrooms and a half. 2 on the top floor and half bathroom downstairs.2 bed sofas that converts to beds ,each can take 2 people.Hair dryer ,really everything is there even towels and hand soap.i had a fantastic stay. Our host (fares) is a gentleman.

تفاجأت بعدم وجود عازل للصوت كان صوت السيارات مزعج للغايه وكأنني فاتح النوافذ وأيضاً التكيف غير مناسب Positive: الموقع Negative: مكان غير هادئ
