Not recommended at all. Positive: Property overall is good, but you won’t get what you paid for. No service, used towels, no AC al all. Negative: We had a very disappointing and frustrating experience. We spent the entire night without air conditioning, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Despite calling their number multiple times, there was absolutely no response or support from their side. When we finally went to the reception to raise the issue, we were informed that the AC had been deliberately disconnected for certain apartments due to unpaid dues by the management. This clearly shows a lack of basic responsibility and planning, leaving guests to suffer for issues that are not their fault. The situation gives the impression that Lux Cas Rental is misrepresenting their services by listing amenities like air conditioning on their website and booking platforms, while failing to actually provide them. It feels highly unprofessional and misleading, almost like a scam designed to attract bookings without delivering on promises. What’s even more concerning is the complete absence of reliable customer support. There is no proper customer care system or emergency contact, which makes it very difficult for guests to get help when something goes wrong. Overall, this was a very poor experience. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before booking with Lux Cas Rental, as the lack of transparency, accountability, and customer service can seriously impact your stay.

Positive: Son derece kirli pis teslim aldık, bir muhatap bulamadık tesise yazmama rağmen bana dönüş yapılmadı. Çamaşır makinası çalışmıyor havlular çarşaflar kirliydi, iki banyoda sıcak su yoktu, mutfakta gerekli olan birçok malzeme yoktu, yorgan yoktu. Ödediğim paranın karşılığını alamadım. Negative: Çok eksik vardı.

Positive: La ubicación Negative: Habíamos reservado el apartamento para cinco personas solo había hechas cuatro camas. Tuvimos que buscar nosotros toda la intendencia para la quinta cama. Menaje de la cocina absolutamente insuficiente para cinco personas. No havia cafetera, ni ningún cuchillo de cocina. No havia ninguna percha de armario en todo la apartamento. Esto es solo una parte.... De luxury no tenía nada. Havia humedades y limpieza muy justa.
